Goods must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.                                   The following items can NOT be returned:

                *Products marked "FINAL SALE" when purchased

                *Products that have inbuilt underwear (lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear) if                        original hygiene sticker has been removed or displaced.

                *Products returned in a condition other than their original condition.

                *Products returned without their tags attached.

                *Products that appear to have been worn, smell of perfume, smoke,                             deodorant or body odor.

                *Products that are marked or damaged in anyway (makeup, deodorant,                        etc.)

Shipping costs are non refundable, you are responsible for the costs of shipping products.

Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt, you'll receive an email detailing your return once this has been completed.

Returns are prohibited after 30 days.

*Please note our return department has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the return policy's requirements in which case you will be responsible for postage cost of item being returned to you.
